Recent Improvements Not In the Demo Movie

We work on EZ constantly, and haven't had time to update the movie to show the following new features:

Start-Up
-You can now choose what kind of company you have: C Corp, S Corp, LLC, LLP, and the whole model will change automatically. In the case of a C Corp, you'll have Preferred / Common Shares and Dividends, whereas for an LLC you'll have Member Interest and Distributions.
-25 lines of Capital Expenditures instead of 20

Expenses
-50 lines of expenses instead of 30
-One-Time Expenses can now occur in every month instead of just ten times

Personnel
-You can now change the head count for every position in every month, meaning you can account for seasonal changes in your business, phase people out, etc.
-You can also customize every month's amounts for Consultant Fees, Salaries, and Payroll Taxes

Sales
This is where the biggest change has taken place. You can now customize every amount in every month including. unit price, revenue, cost of goods/sales, commission, bad debt, returns, royalties, etc. to handle any kind of business model that you can imagine. You can still use the easy yet powerful EZ sales formulas, but now you can customize by product/service. You can link to your own spreadsheet to import your overall revenue and cost amounts.

P&L
-Choose to view either a Detailed or Summary view
-Choose to view each line item as a percentage of revenue - such as Gross Profit Margin.
-Sort expenses alphabetically or in descending numerical order

We've done everything we can to make EZ Numbers work for the widest variety of businesses, and have incorporated hundreds of requests and suggestions into newer versions. As robust as we've made EZ, though, we can't anticipate every possible need for every business. If you need, for example, more expenses or a different kind of investment, we can customize a version for you. If it's a simple change, we're happy to do it at no charge, as our goal is to make EZ work for everyone. Otherwise we're happy to provide customization at a reasonable hourly rate. This way you get 99% of your pro formas for under $100, and the rest you get tailor made, which will be much cheaper than having a consultant build your numbers from scratch.
